CONSULTATION

I’ve been involved playing in and leading church worship teams for over 20 years, with the last 10 years spent working directly with churches across the globe to help worship leaders and and their worship teams to move forward in their journey as they serve their congregations.

There are key pillars of church worship ministry that we have pursued and now help coach others are:

• Leadership and team building - Helping to strategically shape passionate, high functioning teams that have a strong sense of vision, a high degree of communication and that have fun together.

• Spiritual Growth: Giving focus and clarity to the life and calling of a modern day Levite by providing mentoring and teaching in the heart of worship ministry as laid out in the scriptures.

• Musical Development: Working with individuals and teams to raise musicianship, growing in both skills as individuals in their craft as well as developing bands into maturity.

• Creative Expression: Developing the creative outflow of a worship community through a culture of songwriting, arrangement, recording and more.
